Useful information for the day
- There is no cash machine on site
- Santa’s story times are 1.30pm and 3 pm
- We should have enough hard standing car parking for all cars (which is why we had limited tickets available), however, it is not 100% guaranteed – please help us by car sharing if possible or walking in through the pedestrian Coombe Lane entrance
- You will need to bring your online tickets printed, or on your phone, to obtain wristbands which will be checked throughout the day
- Most areas are outside (except for the Animal Management Centre which may get quite warm) so layer up and wear outdoor shoes or wellies
- There will be food outlets – however, you are welcome to bring your own food but please bear in mind as it’s winter there will be no picnic areas in use
- Please make sure you wash your hands after handling or touching the animals – there will be plenty of hand washing areas available
- If you are, or suspect you are, pregnant, do not enter the farm areas
- Dogs are not allowed (except for guide dogs)
- We have disabled parking spaces for blue badge holders only
